Who am I & what do I do?
Long retired athlete now calling myself a triathlete since I stumbled upon Xterra, in an unlikely place called Zittau, Germany in 2009.
By heart I am a runner, always was and always will be. I am only happy when I know I can run. I know I’m free.
I also like to climb, to get high, on and off road, and to travel as much as I can in those pursuits. With my bike, with my records, often both. It’s the same spirit. Getting high. The sky’s the limit. Even more so with music. Music has shaped my life and made me who I am. Music will always be there, to be shared and elevate your mind. And your body.
“When you dance to the music, use your body and soul”
My appetite for eclectic sounds can be traced throughout my musical and physical journeys. I started to get involved as a radio DJ/music coordinator at Radio Campus Clermont-Ferrand, France, in the mid 90s, a privileged position which quickly turned into a full time job. My original background in psych rock and all things Jamaican quickly expanded to hip hop, funk and soul as I started playing local spots around Clermont and organising events.
